Q7: What are the major highlights for Thebe Tourism Group in 2015/2016?
The first major highlight for us in this year has been the launch of the reality Travel TV Show: Holiday Swap KZN in conjunction with Tourism KwaZulu Natal.
Not only did it receive fantastic reviews from viewers and industry alike, but it was ranked as the second most watched Reality TV show on South African Television while on air.
We brought the province of KwaZulu Natal and its unique tourism offerings into millions of viewers' lounges every Monday for 13 weeks.
The second highlight was the launch of our Thebe Travel Card - A card which allows an individual to travel now and pay later, or to layby certain holiday packages and travel once payments have been completed. We undertook this initiative to make travel affordable for everyone.
