Direct Transfer Terms and Conditions

Pending credit approval, we offer corporate accounts with 30-day payment terms.

Please familiarise yourself with these Inclusions, and Terms and Conditions for Direct Transfer Services.

An all-inclusive product:

  • Vehicle fuel and maintenance charges
  • Kilometres travelled
  • Services, remuneration and expenses of a professional driver
  • A reliable 24 hour service available countrywide
  • Passenger liability of R10 million per vehicle
  • Emergency evacuation

Important information

  • Accurate destination area selection required
  • Penalty Charges - incurred when the passenger requests a deviation from the confirmed pick up point to confirmed drop off point.
  • The penalty charge will be incurred on the basis of every 10 minutes / 20 km deviation from the pre-reserved route.
  • An afterhours surcharge will be applicable for transfers before 05h30 and after 21h00
  • A cancellation fee will apply if the booking is not cancelled within 4 hours prior to collection, should you decide not to make use of this service any longer if booked on account.
  • Pre-paid bookings are currently non-refundable


Method of payment options:

  • Credit Card: Payment is made online, we refer to it as "pre-paid". All pre-paid transactions are currently non-refundable.
  • Account: This method of payment is only available to companies that have a debtors account with us. These companies must book via our Call Centre or their online booking tool.
