Dear First Car Rental
I was so impressed with the staff at your Cape Town International Airport branch yesterday.
I dropped off the car and ran to catch my flight; 10 minutes later they called me to tell me that I had left my credit card in the car. By then I was half way through a very long security check-in queue. A very kind lady from the team met me in the security queue and I left Cape Town with my card and without missing my flight.
I really appreciate the extra effort that the team put in, please extend my thanks to them.

I was in Ballito for the media launch of the 2017 Ballito Pro presented by Billabong on the 31st May. This event is the biggest professional surfing event in Africa featuring 112 of the world's best surfers.
I want to thank First Car Rental for the excellent professional and trusting service that I received. On handing back my vehicle, I had left my laptop on the backseat of the car. I had already checked in, had my boarding pass, and was about to go through check-in, when a gentleman from your company (Erick Njiyela - First Car Rental Car Park Attendant) came running up to me and handed me my laptop.
I cannot thank the staff at First Car Rental King Shaka International Airport enough for this. It was one of the acts that keeps me positive that we do have good people in South Africa.

I had the most wonderful experience dealing with Rosley on the phone. She was able to answer my queries quickly and efficiently. She was warm, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.
In a day where people are so quick to complain, I felt it was worth passing this on as I haven't had a Customer Service experience like that in a long time. It was refreshing to deal with someone so lovely.
