    I want to take this time to thank you for the outstanding customer service I received from Belinda and her team who went over and above the call of duty to ensure the safe return of my mobile phone, which I had left in the car I had rented. My phone was back in my possession the next day, saving me a lot of stress.

    What your team did went way beyond the call of duty. Kgomotso, especially, was marvelous in allowing me to intrude on her private space after working hours to update me on the progress from her personal phone. Keep up the great work. The First Car Rental team rallied together to help ensure a quick solution and it was humbling to see the the flurry of e-mails back and forth that evening to ensure my phone's return. God bless each and every one of you.

    People are very quick to complain but not so hasty to compliment where a compliment is due, which brings me to the service that I always receive from First Car Rental.

    I use your services nationally every week in Joburg, Durban or the Eastern Cape and without fail, in every instance, and I mean every instance, the services are impeccable. The energy of the consultants is excellent whenever I walk into your airport branches. The professionalism is excellent the efficiency is excellent the condition of the cars is excellent.

    Most importantly, there is always a smile to be had. Karry Werth, your methodologies are exemplary. You are very much a hands-on, lead-by-example leader to your team. The level of service I receive is some of the best in the country, knowing that sales and service is a passion of mine. In my previous job, I was a sales trainer with Sales Guru and it is something that I taught and still advocate to my reps today.

    Your team is the epitome of service and sales excellence! Very well done on your part, Karry Werth.

    Dear First Car Rental

    I do not know how to thank your Polokwane Branch staff for the awesome service. I rented a car and had a very hectic weekend with functions to attend. I had to return the car on a Sunday; so I parked the car and dropped the keys in the after-hours key drop. On my way back home, I suddenly realised that I had left my house keys inside the car, which was locked with the keys inside the key safe.

    My stomach turned six times to the right, and seven times to the left. I phoned your call centre and without any hesitation from your staff, they drove into town to collect the key for me. The car rental agent even recognised me, which is awesome too, as he must see a lot of clients. This shows me that First Car Rental staff really care and are motivated to give excellent service. This is definitely how business is supposed to be done!

    Your staff in Polokwane are just a winning team. I do hope that you can give them this message. Keep up this awesome work. I will need to rent a car again in October and you can be sure that I will choose First Car Rental.

    I would like to commend Lana for giving me such good customer service when I called you this afternoon. When she picked up the call, she said "how can I make you day"?. With her service excellence, she did just that, made my day. She was efficient in resolving my query and giving me feedback. This was much appreciated. Keep up the good work Lana. Good service is hard to find, so when I get it, I compliment it.

    I am like a stuck record, but I just love your company. I cannot tell enough people about how amazing you guys are. Everyone should use First Car Rental because you have the best service I have ever received in this industry, without a doubt. In my dealing with Louisa for a car hire booking emailed on Sunday, the booking was made within 20 minutes and she seemed genuinely delighted to make the booking for me. Keep it up, it's phenomenal.
