    It's easier to complain than give a compliment. Well, today I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to First Car Rental and the representative we have for our company. Your company could not have made a better choice. Working with Petro is an absolute pleasure.

    I can be a very difficult person but since I met her, she never showed any aggression or unwillingness to assist, even after hours. Ever since she became our representative, all issues at Durban and Cape Town are sorted. Please convey my appreciation to Petro for a job well done and for going that extra mile.     I have and am in the process of dealing with Mr Robbin Van Niekerk and Adrian Scrooby from your establishment with regards the purchase of one of your used fleet vehicles.

    From my initial, and fast, contact with Mr Van Niekerk to the viewing of the vehicle with Mr Scrooby it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with their friendliness and efficiency. I am in the medical business and am very service oriented as far as my patients are concerned, so I value good customer service.

    Dear First Car Rental,
    Two days before we had to leave on our fully paid holiday, my car broke down. A colleague referred me to First Car Rental. The service was absolutely great. We received a clean, brand new car with only 2000km on the clock. We drove about 1600km in the 12 days we had the car. It was a pleasure driving this vehicle.

    Thank you to the First Car Rental team in Hatfield who helped make our holiday a perfect one. I will definitely refer you to my friends and if I need it in future, I will visit you again!
