    Good morning Melissa,
    I just want to pop a compliment to Cheri. I had to do an urgent change over for a customer and was helped by her. I left the Randburg office at 18:00 and got to your branch at 19:00 and she went out of her way to assist me. Thank you again for all the assistance last night.Cheri saved my life and my EFS client got her car early this morning.

  • 18 March - WINNING LETTER

    Dear Sir
    I would like to bring to everyone's attention, the excellent employee you have in Bob. When returning our rental car to Cape Town Airport branch on 13 March, we accidentally returned the car to the collection point. We had unloaded all our suitcases but were told by a staff member that we couldn't leave the car there and that we would have to take it back to the returns area. With all our luggage unloaded, we were frankly a little upset.

    At this point Bob, your star employee stepped forward and said β€œdon't worry Sir, I will return it for you.” He then checked the car and gave me a copy of the necessary paperwork.

    In my opinion, he is an outstanding employee and a credit to your company. When we visit Cape Town later this year we will most certainly be hiring one of your vehicles.

    I write this compliment to Lana Baker for her efficient and effective resolution of my query regarding the release on an amount held by your company. If your other staff could take a leaf from her, you would save yourself the trouble of losing clients like me. She knows what she's talking about and actions it. Thank you Lana!
