    I returned my car on 11 March. I forgot my phone and purse in the car and only realised as I was about to board. I quickly ran back and was absolutely blown away to know that all my items were safe.

    I would like to convey my thanks for the wonderful and efficient manner in which First Car Rental operates and also for the extreme honesty of your staff. I would also like to commend the gentleman who deals with all the lost and found. He is an amazing person and an asset to the company.

  • 10 April - WINNING LETTER

    Hello Una and Cindy,
    This compliment is long overdue but better late than never. I want to thank Lyn Hall, Francois and Trevor at First Car Rental George as well as the regional staff at Port Elizabeth for making a plan for one of our shareholders. We needed a very competitive rate at the last minute and Lyn did her best and came through for us. She took all my calls and treated the matter as urgently as I needed her to. I was so thankful and very impressed!

    Trevor and François were also so kind and patient with my constant calls.They all worked together to help me get a car and when it wasn't in George they drove it up the night before. They all really went the extra mile and I want to make it known that it was such a pleasure and relief having dealt with them all.

    I know I've completed the survey after my Service Ambassador training with Sarah yesterday, but I personally wanted to send you an email to advise you that she is very good at her job, and the training was such fun, it made learning easier and it made me want to go to training.

    She has a very good training method. It was by far, in all the training I've had, the best.

    Everything went according to plan, the booking on website worked and the car was provided to us in time. The paperwork was simple and straightforward. We drove the car from Durban to East London and back and our trip was very comfortable and economical. We had no problems returning the car and the invoice was quick and accurate.

    What more could one ask for? Just thought I would express my appreciation and thank you for the upgrade from Group B!

    P.S. – The website was good, but different options such as Standard, Super and Super Plus are not all that obvious. Takes a few quotes to realize you get a much better deal on a 4 day rental, compared to 1 and 3 day rental.
