Commonwealth Games 2018 - TEAM SA
March 2018 - The Commonwealth Games is an international multi-sport event involving athletes from the Commonwealth of Nations. The event was first held in 1930 and has taken place every four years since then.

This year the Games will be held on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, from 4 to 15 April 2018.
Team South Africa will do battle across 16 codes at this year's Games - athletics, badminton, boxing, cycling (mountain bike, road, track), gymnastics, hockey, lawn bowls, netball, para-athletics, para-powerlifting, para-lawn bowls, rugby sevens, shooting, swimming, table tennis, triathlon, weightlifting and wrestling.
South Africa's Commonwealth Games medal tally to date stands at 117 Gold, 112 Silver and 123 Bronze.
