CELEBRATING OUR LEARNERS WITH DISABILITIES GRADUATES!
October 2019We at First Car Rental have always been passionate about the continuous development and growth of our people, by offering various learnerships to Learners with Disabilities. We are proud to announce that our latest group of Learners graduated at the end of July, having completed either a Contact Centre Learnership or Business Administration Learnership.
They joined us on 1 August 2018 and have spent a full year with us, during which time they have gained valuable workplace experience and overall confidence in performing within a corporate business environment. Various departmental tasks performed included, dealing with national and international customers telephonically and via email; building strong relationships with our clientele; structuring of rates according to customers' needs; investigation and resolution of queries; regional branch liaison; vehicle rental reservations, direct transfers and replacements; office administration and much more.
We are very pleased with the overall dedication of our learners as they have proven to be committed to our brand, their personal development and, most importantly, dedicated to providing the very best service to our valued customers.
