- • Your personalised video also highlights key products and benefits that you can view, amend and add to your rental online prior to arriving at the branch. No consultant needed.
- • Importantly the video also prompts you to pre-authorise your credit card online prior to your rental so that you spend much less time at the branch checking out your car.
- • This gives you total control of what you would like included with your rental before you get to the counter, enabling you to check out in half the time.
UPGRADE RENTAL PACKAGE
Customers are given the chance to upgrade their package to one that reduces liability in the event of an accident.
Customers can fill out all their details needed by First Car Rental online, to ensure a speedy checkout process at the branch.
ADD EXTRAS TO RENTAL
Customers can add extras to their rental such as, GPS Navigation systems, additional drivers, baby seats and more.
PRE-AUTHORISE CREDIT CARD
Our Pre-Authorisation and Pre-Payment function enables customers to pre-authorise their credit cards online, saving them time at checkout.
