Dear Belinda,
I visited your branch at OR Tambo International Airport on Saturday the 19th September where my husband and I were attended by the rental agent. We were having some issues with the rental agreement when Roseline was called to assist us. The professionalism, care and effort she put in to assisting us was impressive and made us feel like our problem was worth solving. She really went over and above the call of duty to assist us. She displayed true leadership and true customer service.

All in all, our "non-solvable" problem was indeed solved by this amazing individual.

I would like to say, thank you for employing such people that have true dedication to their clients. We left very much impressed! I will recommend First Car Rental any day! Keep up the great work.

I would just like to pay a huge compliment to the OR Tambo team for their integrity and professionalism. I forgot my phone in one of your vehicles I rented out and the group was honest enough to return the phone.

Even in this morally depraved society we find ourselves in there are still decent people out there and they happen to work for you at OR Tambo office. I was so surprised and humbled that they actually turned in my phone. Dear First Car Rental,
Yesterday I had to collect a car from First Car Rental Randburg. I had been given the run around by my insurance company and by the time I got to your office my blood was boiling and I took it out on the staff at First Car Rental by raising my voice and being rude.

There is no excuse for my behaviour. However, all your staff members were very nice to me even though I was acting like a bull in a China shop.

I would like to apologise to all the staff and to say thank you very much for actually being very nice and helping me and for doing an excellent job.

My original car rental reservation was for Lanseria Airport, however, I had missed my flight so had to take the next flight to OR Tambo International Airport instead. When I arrived at OR Tambo, my reservation could not be found due to the fact it was booked for Lanseria.

Belinda assisted me. I would like to thank Belinda for the good service I received from her. She helped me with a smile and made sure that she explained everything she was doing and in no time she had loaded a new booking for me. What a pleasure it was dealing with Belinda.

I called OR Tambo International Airport on Monday, 26 October, to arrange a changeover. I spoke to a gentleman who promised to call me back but never did. On Tuesday, 27 October, I called and insisted to speak to the manager and Belinda assisted me. What a pleasure it was dealing with her. She kept calling me with updates and within 2 hours I received my new Corolla as requested.

Dear First Car Rental,
One of my work colleagues flew into Cape Town on Monday morning the 26th of October 2015. He hired a car from First Car Rental and I spent the day travelling around with him. He flew out that evening. I later found out that I had forgotten my wallet in his rental car.

I immediately called your Cape Town Airport branch and a lady named Delthea helped me. I explained what had happened and she promptly went to the car rental yard on the other side of the airport to investigate. She called me back in record time with the news that they had found my wallet in the car.

I would like to thank Delthea and First Car Rental. I have always used other car rental firms when I travel, but from now on I will use First Car Rental.

It's not about the money that was in the wallet but the inconvenience of re-issuing my cards. Thank you again! First Car Rental was really awesome and to have honest and friendly people like Delthea working there is brilliant. I look forward to hiring from First Car Rental in the future.

Nelly from the call centre is the best! After being automatically disconnected on the telephone she sent me an email advising me that she will call me back, which put me at ease. She then managed to get me a vehicle delivered to Randburg in record time. Excellent work Nelly.
