The 2016 Rio Olympics Team South Africa
August 2016 - The 2016 Olympic Games officially opened in Brazil's Rio de Janeiro on Friday 5th August 2016 with a spectacular opening ceremony at the Maracana Stadium. Athletes from 206 nations and a refugee team are competing in 28 sports and will be watched by a global audience There are 136 South African athletes representing South Africa at these 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
