First Car Rental launches Learnership Programme
Thirty-four students have been enrolled into First Car Rental's 12-month Learnership Programme that aims to upskill unemployed candidates.
The programme aims to provide a structured, outcomes-based workplace experience in a professional environment. During the Learnership Programme learners will also be assisted in their studies towards a Service Advisor qualification.

Each learner will be mentored on an individual basis by First Car Rental staff at the branches and departments around Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal that are taking part in the programme.
The main focus of the programme is to equip leaners with the practical skills they need to launch a professional career within an industry of their choice.
Many successful learners have already been helped by this initiative and First Car Rental looks forward to this next phase, filled with hopes, dreams and lots of hard work!
