Douglas at your Cape Town Airport division, thank you for the best WORLD CUP service I have ever had world wide! You acknowledged me when I came in the door, by simply standing up from your work-space chair, made eye-contact with our group, and greeted us with a wide FIRST CAR RENTAL SMILE.
They way you do your explanations of our waiver liability we booked on-line, one seldom thinks that you are in the wrong profession and should rather become a teacher, simply due to the clear and precise way of explaining the packages. Not too long, not on a boring note, but simply what every renter at your company should and need to know!
I was truly amazed by his every little effort he tried to put into our business, by providing a free road map, explaining and directing us to our lodge, how to drive, even provide us with a 'DRIVING TIPS' print-out for driving in South Africa. We frequently rent throughout Europe and the Mid-East, but never had this kind of service. Indeed a FIRST CLASS SERVICE from FIRST CAR RENTAL.

Dear Cindy. I just wanted to make you aware of two staff members who went the extra mile last night and really saved the day (or rather the night).
Last night at about 18:30 one of my new clients realized that they made two huge errors, they booked two vehicles (Nissan Lavina’s) for OR TAMBO branch when in fact the clients were arriving at 18:50 at Cape Town International and King Shaka airports respectively.
At Cape Town, Warren was already in charge of the situation, calmed the clients down and organized them a vehicle, I called King Shaka and spoke to Gloria who in minutes sorted the situation.
This could have been a very embarrassing situation for my client, because their clients are from Russia and are international broadcasters. Needless to say First Car Rental saved the entire situation and the client is now a loyal First supporter. I just wanted to extend my thanks and ask that somehow we include this in the next customer service bulletin. Service excellence like this must never go unnoticed.

We hired a car for a day; first time from First Car Rental. The service was excellent. The lady at the depot was very friendly and helpful. Also at the drop-off at the airport the guy was very friendly. Will definitely do business again in future.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to your CT Apt staff that were on duty on the 10th of June when I collected my vehicle.
As I entered your offices, Anneke personally met me and escorted me to your check out counter, efficiently assisted by Morne, swiftly escorted off to my vehicle by Justice who proceeded to wipe the vehicle windscreen, (fogged up from the cold), all in all a truly wonderful car rental experience.
