For your convenience, Good Fellas have created an Online Booking Facility on their website. This facility allows members to PRE BOOK a minimum of 2 hours ahead of their desired collection time without having to make a phone call! They encourage you to give it try.

In an effort to improve technology and efficiency, they will be launching an interactive mobile booking application early in 2012, making booking the service quicker, more accurate and ever more convenient to your lifestyle.
NEW YEARS EVE PROCEDURE REMINDER
A reminder that Good Fellas operates on a PRE BOOKING ONLY basis for New Year’s Eve. The call centre closes for bookings when maximum capacity is reached or at 17:00 on Friday, 30 Dec 2011. All New Year’s bookings will be subject to a surcharge.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT
Good Fellas would like to draw your attention to what happens in the unlikely event of an accident while a Good Fellas chauffeur is driving your vehicle.
They assure you that precautions and due care are taken in ensuring your safety, but the reality is that accidents happen– even to the best drivers and therefore they need you, their valued member to understand the procedures and why they have them in place.
