This is to say thanks very much for excellent and professional service that I got from your staff at the First Car Rental OR Tambo Airport Branch when I hired a car from you to use whilst in SA from 23 July to 13 August 2011.
I was served with a smile on arrival and on departure when returning the car. The car itself was new and in very good condition and the total amount paid for that 3 week hire was very good.
To cap it all off, when I returned the car I forgot my camera in the car and the man that checks the cars discovered the camera. As I was upstairs paying for the car and he came running to bring me my camera. That topped it all as far as your company and its staff impressing me.
Once more, thanks for the service and I will always use you guys and recommend you to all my friends out here in Galway, Ireland, which is where we live.

I just want to say thank you to Christine for the way she handled our problem.
I know in the beginning we did not see eye for eye, I even personally thought she did not like me. I even had a negative attitude towards First Car Rental, but last week Thursday she erased all of that negative thinking I had.
I emailed her the problem I had with Mr Madikiza and First Car Rental Mthatha. Firstly, she acknowledged the receipt of my email and advised me that she was working on it.
She kept the communication lines open, and she informed me of each and every movement concerning the progress of solving the problem. She even made sure that my client had a car to drive back to Mthatha as I had to organise a car from another car rental company. She never shifted the blame on us as it normally happens with the other suppliers that always say it’s the travel agent’s fault.
She was really great with handling the situation. At the end of the day I was happy as a client, and my client was happy that everything was sorted. Thank you very much Christine and keep up the good work and do the same to all of your clients and not only to Aloe Travel.

This is a very inadequate note to thank you so much for the very generous terms you extended to me for a car when Clare and I visited South Africa.
We arrived home today having had a marvellous time and the car, a Toyota Corolla, behaved perfectly. There was a small problem with the power socket where we used our Satnav but this was handled beautifully by your team in Upington.
Our trip took us up into the Northern Cape where we were so lucky with the Spring Flowers, which were outstanding. As well as this, we stayed at a beautiful private game lodge in the Kalahari.
The whole thing was facilitated by you, for which we are so grateful. I am pleased to say that our South African friends from Durban also hired a car from First Car Rental when they flew down to Cape Town to join us.
I liked your locations; they were nicely presented with lovely staff and you are certainly up there with the best of the opposition! Bruce we thank you for your kindness hope that you and the business continue to flourish. You deserve it.

I would like to congratulate you on being a top notch car rental company in South Africa. I have at times looked into using other companies, but I am always drawn back to you. Your service is excellent, professional and so hassle free.
I recommend you to others at every opportunity and if I am travelling with others, I always insist we hire from you. They are hooked now too!

Is it not enough that you receive excellent service a day before and then from another colleague in the same department the next day?
Is customer focus taken so seriously that I must type out another compliment to express my 'shell' shocked satisfaction? First Karen Moya and now Uvi Jina. What's next?
I have been a service pioneer for 10 years with many Awards and Accollades from International Politicians, Celebs, Diplomats and a Letter from Prince Charles himself - so I know customer service
I cannot believe that your staff have consistently displayed customer-centric focus, without losing any balance in attaining the core objective i.e. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Uvi had, in every way, convinced me that I will from now on use First Car Rental as my first choice. I had reservations before, as my past experience had shown me a dark face of First Car Rental, but Uvi, confirmed and erased all doubts that you do really care.

Cross-border car rental - the whole process was done professionally and had the car in less than 20 minutes. The service was very fast.
I would recommend that anyone who would like to cross the border to Zimbabwe use First Car Rental, as they have their documents ready and one receives good service and value for the money paid.

I would like to thank First Car Rental Boksburg for their excellent service. It’s the first time I needed to make use of such a service and was very surprised with the way I was treated.
I dealt with William most of the time and once with Frank, they are very professional and well mannered. If you ever get complaints about these people, look for the fault at the third party. Thanks William and Frank.

Dear Dominika,
We are home safely in Italy and I want to say the car was wonderful! She took us via Upington to the Okavango, through Etosha, Port Nolloth, Worcester, back to Cape Town (7 000 km!). Compliments for the car and we took good care of her apart from the dust!
