I had an unfortunate experience at Europcar Durban Airport and was wary of hiring a car again. First Car Rental was professional and I will definitely use them again.

I would just like to compliment your Cape Town International Airport branch staff (particularly a gentleman called Moegsien, as well as a security guard who showed me to my car) for the great, friendly and efficient service that I experienced when I hired a car. This friendly and efficient service was repeated by one of your members of staff when I returned the car.

This was the first time I have used First Car Rental and will, as a direct result of the interaction that I had with the staff members at this branch, use your company again whenever I need to rent a car in future.

Please do congratulate all the staff, including the security personnel, for a job well done.

Hiermee wil ek net dankie se vir die diens wat gelewer is deur Elsie Nkabinde by die First Car Rental Witbank tak.
Ek is nie van Witbank nie maar my motor het daar gebreek, dit is toe ek daar opeindig by First Car Rental.

Sy het uitstekende diens gelewer nie net met die motor nie maar met die adresse waar ek moet gaan. Ek ken nie Witbank nie en haar geduld wat sy uitgeoefen het, sy het my met alles gehelp wat veroorsaak het dat dit al baie laat geword het, na haar werks ure, en sy het nog steeds gehelp met 'n glimlag.

Dankie vir mense soos sy anders weet ek nie hoe ek sou reggekom het nie, met die stres van 'n gebreekte motor en nog 'n vreemde dorp. Daar moet meer werkers soos sy indiens wees. Baie dankie.

Ek wil net graag baie dankie se vir die ekstra myl wat Peet saam met my geloop het.

Ek is op kort kennisgewing ontbied om vir ‘n kollega in te staan vir Fasilitering by GWK in Douglas. Met my aankoms in Kimberley was al die ander motorverhurings maatskappye vol bespreek weens die konferensies. Julle was die enigste wat kon help. Voorts was FNB se stelsels van lyn af en kon ek nie my voertuig kry nie agv die validering wat nie gedoen kon word nie.

Peet het my bygestaan en by ‘n hotel besorg en weer opgelaai sodat ons vanoggend die voertuig kon uitreik.

Ek wou net graag weer baie dankie se vir sy bereidwilligheid en hulp. Ek waardeer dit opreg.
