I wanted to say a huge thank you on behalf of my client Amakhosi Safari Lodge. The educational went off without a hitch, but mainly due to the awesome staff of First Car Rental.

From making the reservation with you to the follow-ups from Bridgette, and the extra mile efforts of Shane (First Car Rental Umhlanga) are indeed unique. From finding our lost driver, to assisting with the card being swiped at the airport and the many changes that were made, it was done with a smile and a “no problem" every time. Then to your town office, that waited for our, once again, lost driver to arrive and then giving her a lift to her hotel, this indeed goes beyond the call of duty.

Our MD, Mr Ben ter Huurne, was so impressed he would like to move his account over to you, he visits the lodge at least one to twice a month and for long stays. If you can, please send me all the relevant info so that I can pass it on to Linette at the lodge who will then make all his reservations with you.

I hired a vehicle from First Car Rental Randburg, off Ballyclare Drive, last week, you have a lady by the name of Deidre who saw to my requirement. What a breath of fresh air, this girl is a compliment to your organisation.

If anything, I would go back to her just to experience the total commitment she offers her clients, especially in this day and age where service regrettably comes at an absolute premium. She certainly makes sure your company is projected right at the top of the car rental providers, and rightfully so!
