Rashid Shasim is the best advertisement First Car Rental will ever have. We travel the world, as we do business internationally. Rashid stands there in the hot sun serving clients, not complaining about it and still does an amazing job. Even if you think it is not a major job to do, he takes pride in what he does.
Every time we arrive in Cape Town he is so friendly, he always greets clients with a smile and respect, he carries our luggage, and he makes us feel so welcome by a simple “Nice to see you back in Cape Town again”.
The best thing is that Rashid always remembers First Car Rental’s clients. Rachid is a decent guy who takes pride in his job and for being the awesome person he is. He is really an asset to you company; I want everybody at First Car Rental and the world to know that Rashid Shasim is absolutely fantastic. Rashid you are magnificent!

I had the privilege of driving one of your cars during my recent stay in Cape Town, and have the following to comment:
I asked for a hatch back car, due to the fact that I had 2 bicycles to convey from the airport to my B&B, and, after the Argus, back to the Airport again. Although this was not arranged at the time of my arrival, the lady - and I am so sorry I forgot her name, as she was so helpful - immediately arranged such a vehicle for me with absolutely no sweat. Thank you very much!
This how the Nissan Tiida came into my life. What a fantastic little vehicle! I am a VW / Audi fan, but this car really grabbed my attention, as well as that of my son, who also came down for the Argus. Suffice it to say, I even went to my CAR magazine to establish the selling price for this vehicle, as this car will make the short list when next I am into buying a vehicle, either for my household, or when doing recommendations for friends.

I hired a Volvo S40 from First Car Rental. My experience with them was amazing form start to finish. They go out of their way for consumer satisfaction. Other car rental companies could learn a lot here.

I use rental cars every month in Durban and Cape Town. I usually use one of the big red and white companies. I recently met Theunis and he asked me to give First Car Rental a try. All I can say is that as of today they have my company's business.
Arriving in Cape Town, 2 hours late, the Cape Town staff, Cindy and team, were outstanding, friendly, helpful and, because I was late, dealt with me so quickly and personally that McDonalds Drive-through could learn something. Well done and see you guys again.
