Ek moes gistermiddag, soos gewoonlik in ‘n haas, ‘n voertuig op OR Tambo teruggee. Een van jou personeel, Moses Miila (ek hoop ek spel reg) het absoluut uit sy pad gegaan, met ‘n bree glimlag, om my tegemoet te kom en dus betyds te wees vir my vlug. Sal jy asseblief seker maak dat sy lynbestuurder kennis dra en hom weereens namens my bedank vir sy uitnemende klientediens.
En sommer terwyl ek besig is. Van al jou mense, met wie ek amper op ‘n weeklikse basis te doen kry, is daar twee jongerige kleurling manne op die George lughawe – beide werklik twee “brand ambassadors” vir First Car Rental. Altyd gereed, blitsig en baie vriendelik. Se sommer vir hulle ook dankie asseblief.

We went to First Car Rental to hire a car and gave Marinene hard time because we didn’t know which car to take. Despite a lot of time changes and car changes, she was so patient. All I say is "big-up to her"; good service indeed.

I really would like to compliment you on your staff member. On the night of the 10 June I rented on vehicle from the First Car Rental Durban branch. On my way down the road from your office I noticed that the moment I tried to change the gears my foot went to the board. During that day, Durban had a lot of rain and I was unable to return.
I went to my flat in Durban and made a call regarding the vehicle. I called the number on the form that was given to me. On the fourth try, I got through and spoke to Mr A. Rambagin; he was the most helpful person in your department. He called me all the time and informed me that he will replace the vehicle and that it is on its way. Only once I received the vehicle and was happy did he sign off.
Once again I really want to emphasize that if a lot of companies had people like him they will do well. Please tell him that he was a great champion that night and he must really keep up the good work.

I find it necessary to send you this e-mail, because not a lot of people do this anymore. I must tell you, you have a gem in your office/team; if ever you need a reference for Elmarie for a promotion, raise, bonus, or whatever the case may be, please do not hesitate to ask me.
Elmarie is STUNNING and I sometimes don’t know how she manages to ALWAYS help me. What bothers me a bit is that I’m afraid that there will be a day that I will need her and she might be on leave. I just wanted you to know that she deserves employee of the month just about every month. Thank you once again!
