First Car Rental Customer Compliments for August 2011

I would like to express my sincere thanks in the excellent service you have given us thus far. Lautus Solutions (my company) and I are really impressed. Since the moment we contacted you and had telephonic conversations it was a positive experience for my staff and me.
You managed to open an account for us in record time, and also handle 2 bookings this past weekend for us. You also enquired which kind of car I prefer to drive and I responded that I would prefer a vehicle with the indicators on the same side as a Toyota (since I drive a Toyota).
The defining moment for me was when I arrived at the airport on Sunday night, tired, and in a hurry to drive to my destination. The staff at Cape Town International Airport were friendly, the account for Lautus Solutions was already opened, I only had to sign 2 papers (in the future when I receive my Gold Card they explained I will not even need to sign papers), and I was walked to my vehicle.
To my surprise and excitement, a Toyota Corolla was allocated to me and the ride from the airport to my destination in Cape Town was the best experience ever. I explained my requirements and it was taken care of personally by you and exceeded my expectations. This was a nice personal touch.
I am now excited to book all future car rental for business (and personal) through First Car Rental.
If this experience of the quality of the staff at First Car Rental is indicative of the rest of the company then I foresee a great future for First Car Rental and I am enjoying being a part of it already.

Greetings
I started to use First Car Rental early last year 2010. Since then, First Car Rental has never disappointed. The service has been out of this world. Your vehicles have also never given me a headache. When I started to use First Car Rental, it was in KZN (Durban and Pietermaritzburg Airport), the reception I received was outstanding.
I then moved to Bloemfontein due to work purposes and to my surprise the Bloemfontein Airport and Downtown Branches were no different from KZN in terms of service. Up to now I still use First Car Rental and have o intention of moving to another car rental company.
In a nutshell, guys you rock. Please keep it up, especially Bloemfontein staff and to name a few, there is a guy called Leonard, he is out of this world, he knows how to treat customers.

Good Day
For years I have only used Avis as my number one choice of car rental company. Since having a very bad experience with them the previous time, I thought I would Google the different car rental companies to see what else is out there.
I was stunned when I clicked on First Car Rental. Their prices are EXCELLENT, their website is THE best I have ever encountered, they explain everything in detail, there are staff photos to see who you deal with, and the best is the NO excess option which other rental companies simply don’t offer.
I will be renting a car from First Car Rental in September and look forward to doing business with this company.
Congratulations on trying harder than Avis and all the other rental companies. I hope your company goes from strength to strength.

To whom it may concern,
I don’t feel that enough people are praised for the efficient service given nowadays so I would just like to bring it to your attention that on Saturday I called Roadside Assistance and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Siphiwe.
From the time I called to the time my client received his vehicle Siphiwe was helpful, friendly and efficient. The last call I received was at 23h00 on Saturday night to let me know that my client had his replacement vehicle.

A huge thank you to the woman at returns at the Cape Town International Airport branch; not only did we receive great service but I left my GPS in the car which she personally brought to us whilst we were checking in. With service like this I will certainly be back and will tell my friends.
