Busi at the First Car Rental Sandton Branch was very helpful. I had my credit card stolen on arrival at OR Tambo Airport and Busi assisted me in swapping cars as I was travelling to Zimbabwe with a baby. She helped me when I needed to extend the car rental and she returned all my calls. She was most helpful, all her hard work made things easier for me as I was stressed out travelling with young children.
She was an absolute professional at all times. Thank you, Busi.

I rented a Fiat at the First Car Rental Boksburg branch and was assisted by a man called Wiliam, who proved to be a nice, helpful person to deal with. I also rented a car at the First Car Rental Durban airport branch and, to my surprise, received a nicer car than the one I expected, as well as friendly service.
I will refer all my friends to rent with First Car Rental.

I come to Durban on a regular basis. I used to hire vehicles from two other companies, but found them expensive and lacking in good service. I decided to give First Car Rental a try. This is now the second time I have hired a car from you and I will continue to do so.

Owing to an accident, my wife was in danger of missing the last 1Time flight to Durban. I contacted First Car Rental and requested that they pick the car up from departures and if they can also print her boarding pass.
I spoke with Leanie and she assisted us by getting 1Time to keep the flight open for a little while longer as well as taking the car from departures. Without her help we would have missed the flight. She is a real asset to First Car Rental and we will definitely use them again.

On four occasions, I have needed to rent a vehicle. The service received from Matzi and Rob at First Car Rental Bellville has been outstanding on all occasions. They are always willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of their customers. I had a billing error on my credit card after making an online booking with them, and it was sorted very promptly and professionally, with a refund being processed in a matter of less than a week.
I will definitely recommend First Car Rental to anyone looking to rent a vehicle. The service levels are far superior to any other car rental company I have ever used, and I will only ever be using them in the future as well.

This email is to convey my sincere gratitude to Karen Moya and Louise Kglatla in the way they interacted with me when I did business with First Car Rental. On January 18, 2012 I called your call centre to rent a car. Louise received my call with warmth and professionalism.
As if that was not enough, I was received by as equally warm, friendly and proficient Karen when I went to collect the car. Not only did she make an extra effort to ensure that I receive an appropriate car, but she also arranged for me to be dropped at home after returning the car. It is pertinent to note that she did all this courteously.
