Inclusions, Terms and Conditions for Direct Transfer

An All Inclusive Product:

 
Vehicle fuel and maintenance charges
Kilometres travelled
Services, remuneration and expenses of a professional chauffeur
A reliable 24 hour service available countrywide
Passenger liability of R10 million Rand per vehicle
Emergency evacuation

Accurate destination area selection required. Penalty Charges - incurred when the passenger requests a deviation from the confirmed pick up point to confirmed drop off point. The penalty charge will be incurred on the basis of every 10 minutes / 20 km deviation from the pre-reserved route.

A cancellation fee will apply if the booking is not cancelled within 4 hours prior to collection, should you decide not to make use of this service any longer.

Method of Payment Options:
Credit Card: We phone you upon reservation confirmation and obtain credit card details. Payment is taken prior to collection and a receipt emailed to you prior to collection.
We will need the credit card number, the expiry date as well as the cvv number (last 3 digits on the back of the card, and with American Express the 4 digits displayed on the front of the card)

Cash: We phone you upon reservation confirmation, please indicate a cash payment at this point, as drivers are not allowed to accept cash unless prior arrangement has been made.
Electronic Bank Transfer: Proof of transfer must be emailed to weblinkdoc@cmh.co.za with “Direct Transfer Payment” as well as the confirmation number in the subject field - at least 24 hours before collection.
Banking Details: First National Bank, Account Number: 6013379814, Branch: 223626 (Durban Corporate), Reference: DT and the Confirmation Number that we sent with the electronic voucher to your email address
