Accurate destination area selection required. Penalty Charges - incurred when the passenger requests a deviation from the confirmed pick up point to confirmed drop off point. The penalty charge will be incurred on the basis of every 10 minutes / 20 km deviation from the pre-reserved route.
A cancellation fee will apply if the booking is not cancelled within 4 hours prior to collection, should you decide not to make use of this service any longer if booked on account.
Pre-paid bookings are currently non-refundable

Method of Payment Options:
Credit Card: Payment is made online, we refer to it as "pre-paid". All pre-paid transactions are currently non-refundable.
Account: This method of payment is only available to companies that have a debtors account with us. These companies must book via our Call Centre or their online booking tool.
